* ACM number is required for registration.
All prices are US dollars. One banquet ticket is also included for each registration entry. Extra banquet tickets can be purchased during registration as merchandise.

Cancellation Policy

• Please contact the publicity chair Wesley Griffin <wesley.griffin@nist.gov> to request a cancellation. The registration system does not support online cancellation.
• Cancellation of early registration is only available before Mar 15, 2013.
• Late registration cannot be cancelled.

Hotel Reservations

Conference hotel reservations can be made through the IEEE VR 2013 Reservations site. A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate until Feb 22, 2013. After this date, or after the block is full, reservations will be based on general availability.
